We believe that the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region is one of the most attractive global investment landscapes because its capital markets are continually underinvested and mispriced. Over a 15-year track record in the region, our net returns have significantly outperformed regional and emerging-market indices on both an absolute and risk-adjusted basis.
